“Four-hand” dinner at Tenoshima Restaurant in Tokyo

Chef Ryohei and Sari HAYASHI from Tenoshima Restaurant in Tokyo will be hosting chef Indra Carrillo from La Condesa Paris for a four-hand dinner on July 26-27 in the Japanese capital

Ryohei Hayashi was the right hand of Mr. Yoshihiro Murata — one of Japan’s most renowned masters of traditional Kaiseki cuisine. While Indra was working at l’Astrance, in Paris, he collaborated with Ryohei at Mr. Murata’s legendary Kikunoi restaurant during a learning trip to Japan. A friendship formed, and by the end of Indra’s stay they both looked forward to working together again.

This summer, as they both head their own restaurants, they will realize their aspiration to collaborate again. Both Chefs combine classical techniques with their individual personality to create surprising combinations. On this occasion, they will offer a traditional Japanese summer menu while giving free rein to their creativity and bringing in influences from their travels around the world. They look forward to hosting you.

We proudly congratulate the whole team at Tenoshima Restaurant for obtaining their first Star in the 2020 MICHELIN GUIDE edition, only a few months after their opening.
