Full Moon for Tulum Fundraiser
Feeding the Soul cooking session with Michelin Star chef Indra Carrillo
La Condesa has joined the effort of the Papaya Playa Project Resort to raise funds to distribute food to unemployed families in the tourist area of Tulum and the Riviera Maya in Mexico. For this purpose, La Condesa participated in the Full Moon for Tulum Fundraiser event on April 11 and 12. Among other activities of the live event, the Chef, Indra Carrillo Perea, in his section, “Feeding the soul” led the preparation of an original recipe, yet practical and easy to prepare.
