The famous Michelin Guide unveiled the list of the big winners of the year 2019
In January 2019, chef Indra Carrillo receives the honors of the very prestigious culinary guide who awarded him with the 1st. Michelin star for the elegance he gives to his creations and for the meticulous work he does day by day in his Parisian restaurant La Condesa.
