The Concept

At La Condesa, our team offers a cuisine that combines deep French roots with global influences, reflecting chef Indra Carrillo’s training across 9 countries. Classical techniques are used to create combinations that aim to delight and surprise our guests.

Chef Indra offers a multi-course surprise tasting menu experience with an optional wine pairing menu. Dietary requests are happily accommodated, please note your requests when securing your reservation.

The Place

The space, designed by the architect Camille Flammarion, offers a contemporary and elegant atmosphere, a subtle balance of soothing colors with bright accents, in the heart of the 9th district in Paris. A glazed opening to the kitchen gives the guests a glimpse into the chef’s creativity.
